Jean Claude Juncker felicitates Bulgaria’s President-elect Rumen Radev

The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker felicitated Bulgaria’s President-elect Rumen Radev. On occasion of the decision of the EC Vice President and Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources Kristalina Georgieva to leave her position on December 31, the Spokesperson of the European Commission Margaritis Schinas told the Bulgarian National Radio that the EC was ready to discuss the appointment of Bulgaria’s next EU commissioner with the interim cabinet as well. The European Commission is also ready to wait for Bulgaria’s nomination until 2017, Margaritis Schinas further said.
