Trade between Bulgaria and Russia marks rise in 2017

A Bulgarian delegation headed by the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Vladimir Tudzharov, has held a working meeting with Deputy Director of the Department of European, North American and international organizations at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Sazin.

Satisfaction with the development of bilateral trade and economic relations has been expressed. The trend of increasing trade turnover for 2017 was mostly based on an increase of export of goods and services from Bulgaria to Russia.

Issues related to the forthcoming meeting of the Bulgarian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation were also discussed.
