National Assembly President Iva Miteva extended greetings to Orthodox Christians with the words: “The Resurrection of Christ is a celebration of good and life, of joy and of hope, of light and of faith. Let there be peace and prosperity in your homes!”
President Rumen Radev also extended Easter greetings to the nation. “For each one of us the Resurrection is a personal experience which revives the spirit and brings hope of more light in our thoughts and our deeds. To the Bulgarian people Easter brings together family tradition with the values of the faith,” President Radev wrote on Facebook.
