As part of Forest Week, tomorrow President Rumen Radev will give the start to the presidential initiative “Plant a tree, revive Bulgaria’s forests”. At the Petrohan Training and Experimental Forest Range near Burzyia village, he will make an address to the participants and will plant a sequoia tree. Students and lecturers from the University of Forestry, people from the presidential administration and volunteers will also plant trees.
Trees will be planted in various locations around the country in spring and autumn with the support of educational establishments, NGOs and volunteers.
