Weather forecast for August 25

Predominantly sunny with rain showers

During the night, cloudiness will remain significant over the eastern half of the country and over the mountainous regions, where short-term rainfalls are expected.

Sunny weather will prevail on August 25. There will be more significant increases in cloudiness before noon over the eastern regions, and in the afternoon over the mountainous regions, but rain showers are expected in few places. There will be weak to a moderate north-easterly wind. The highest temperatures will be between 31°C and 36°C, in Sofia - about 36°C.

At the Black Sea coast, sunny weather will prevail with more significant increases in cloudiness before noon. The highest temperatures will be about 28°-30°C. The temperature of the sea water is 25°-28°C.

In the mountains, the weather will be mostly sunny with temporary increases in cloudiness, as short-term rainfalls can be expected. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 23°C; at 2000 meters - around 17°C.

It will be mostly sunny and hot over the Balkans with more clouds over the southern regions and afternoon showers.
