The Central Election Commission (CEC) has made the decision that voting at tomorrow’s local election shall be by paper ballots only.
Nevertheless, according to Ciela Norma, the company that owns the voting machines, the transportation of voting machines has begun and they have arrived at some of the regional centres, without the permission of the CEC.
