Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 14 August 2024

On Wednesday the weather in Bulgaria will be sunny and hot. There will be a temporary increase in cloudiness in the western parts in the afternoon, but only isolated spots in the mountains will see brief showers. Minimum temperatures will be between 19 and 24°C, in Sofia - 20°C. 

Maximum temperatures will range between 30 to 40°C, in the capital Sofia - 35°C. 

On the Black Sea coast it will be sunny, with southeasterly breeze. Air temperatures will be up to 28-31°C. Sea water temperatures are at 26-28°C. 

It will be sunny over the mountains, then cloudy and rainy over the western mountain massifs in the afternoon. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m altitude will be up to 30°C, at 2,000 m up to 23°C.

On Thursday it will be sunny. Cloudy skies and rain is expected in the western parts.
