The highest temperatures will be between 3° and 8°C; in the southwestern regions - up to 11°C. The temperature in the capital will be around 4°C.
In the mountains, the cloudiness will be significant. In the afternoon, rainfalls will start in the western massifs, as above 1600 m the precipitation will be of snow. With the decline in temperature, the rain-snow boundary will decrease. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be 4°C; at 2000 meters - around minus 2°C.
