Sofia Municipality has requested the removal of a tent camp set up in front of the Presidency building during a protest organized by the "Vazrazhdane" party against the introduction of the euro. Sofia Municipality stated that no permit had been issued for a tent camp. According to the organizers of the camp, in the late afternoon of June 30, police officers informed the protesters about the municipality’s request. For now, the protesters' tents remain near the presidency.
