The Council of Ministers in Bulgaria has approved a decision for this country filing an official complaint to the European Commission in regards to the specific additional taxes, recently imposed by Greece. The decision of the Council of Ministers has emerged in relation to the letter sent on March 30, 2015 to European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs, Pierre Moscovici, expressing the position of the Republic of Bulgaria that the Greek introduction of a 26-percent tax on all trades and transactions with a source in Bulgaria, Ireland and Cyprus, was a discriminatory measure.
