We want Russian tourists to keep visiting Bulgaria, Tourism Minister Angelkova says

The Bulgarian Ministry of Toursim has been making analyses for the upcoming winter tourist season and it will be ready to announce its forecasts in October, Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova told reporters. The Minister added that meetings with all the major associations of tour operators will take place. In November meetings with Russian tour operators will take place, while a Russian Tourism Minister is also expected to pay an official visit to Bulgaria. The topic of discussions will be the future development of relations in the sphere of tourism and addressing currently existing issues. "We would like Russian tourists to keep visiting our country," Angelkova said. On September 27th – World Tourism Day, in Terminal 2 of the Sofia Airport the Bulgarian Minister of Tourism opened a photo exhibition dedicated to the attractiveness of this country as a tourist destination.
