Four years ago, Ludmil Egov invented a machine for seed germination unique for Bulgaria. Using the machine any family can grow healthy food at home such as sprouts, seedlings and even mushrooms at a symbolic price of one euro a month. “It is a mini hydroponic system for growing sprouts at home. Seeds are put into it and the sophisticated electronic equipment takes care of keeping the optimal humidity and temperature in the container. I made this machine, and we started feeding him with salads. It took eight months for his cavities to stop developing, and stains and holes on his teeth disappeared.
