Nikolic: Kosovo can not be condition for joining EU

We have been hearing assurances from Europe that the recognition of Kosovo is not a condition and I hope this is so, Nikolic added. According to him, the EU, as in the case of the migrant crisis, has showed how fragile it is when it comes to relations between Belgrade and Pristina.
