Bulgaria signs declaration during anti-corruption forum

Bulgaria has signed a declaration in relation to the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions. Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Justice Verginia Micheva-Ruseva was present at a ministerial meeting in Paris of countries that have signed the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention. She has informed the participants in the forum that work related to planned amendments to the Penal Code, the Law on Administrative Violations and the Corporate Income Tax Law in Bulgaria continued. She also added that anti-corruption trainings of magistrates and police officials were carried out throughout the country.
