Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova announced that the Bulgarian Energy Holding borrowed a loan to the tune of EUR 535 million from a consortium formed by three international banks. The National Electric Company will use the money to pay the two US thermal power plants in Maritsa Iztok energy complex.
