In the first quarter of 2016 the GDP of Bulgaria marked a 2.9-percent growth compared to the same period in 2015, while consumption registered a growth of 2.4 percent. Revenues and grants under the consolidated budget at the end of March reached some 5.09 billion euro and marked a growth of 664.29 thousand, or 16.7 percent compared to the first quarter of 2015.
