Bulgaria’s education does not fully meet the needs of the local economy, EU Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources Kristalina Georgieva told media during her visit to the town of Elena on Saturday. In hew view, the European Union can help that country with analyses and financing, but the solution of that problem was entirely in the hands of the country’s authorities.
