A day after the condemn of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church of the Sofia Pride LGBT Festival 17 embassies have officially voiced to the public their support for the event that is to take place tomorrow. “During the events within the pride’s frameworks homosexual and heterosexual people get united by the principle that all citizens have the same rights – to live, work and love with no fear of discrimination. This goal hasn’t been achieved yet,” a letter to the march’s organizers reads, as signed by 17 ambassadors, the ones of the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, Israel and many others among them.
