Bulgaria’s cabinet approved the country’s stand that will be voiced on June 24 in Luxembourg at the sitting of the General Affairs Council, dedicated to the results of the forthcoming EU membership referendum in the United Kingdom. Bulgaria took the stand that a possible desision of the UK to stay in the European Union would be of common interest. The cabinet resolution also reads that in February Bulgaria supported the new political agreement with the United Kingdom, in order to encourage the positive voting at the referendum.
