Another loss for Bulgarian volleyball team in World League

The losing streak of the Bulgarian national volleyball team in the matches of FIVB Volleyball World League 2016 continues. In the second match of the tournament in Group H 1, played in front of 4,000 spectators at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas (USA), the Bulgarian team lost 0:3 against the Olympic champions from Russia. This was the eight consecutive loss of the Bulgarian players in the league. This way the team of Plamen Konstantinov remains 11th in the overall rankings with no points earned so far. In their last match of the tournament in Group H1 the Bulgarians will face the team of Australia. The winner of the match will have the right to continue competing in the first division of the prestigious tournament during the next season.
