Nearly two-thirds of the Bulgarian citizens believe that the state must cut the public financing of political parties, if their leaders hold speeches of disapproval, hatred or aggression towards representatives of minorities. Over half of the respondents believe that media which use hate speech must not receive national and EU funds.
