“We can, under no circumstances, accept the reinstatement of the death penalty in Turkey,” said Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov in Brussels. “We are apprised of developments in Turkey and ours is the valid position that rule of law, following democratic European practices must be the guiding principle in the reactions of the authorities in Turkey,” Minister Mitov said.
