The Chairwoman of the State Agency for Refugees Petya Parvanova announced on Friday that the refugee centers in that country have been filled at 93% of their capacity and that currently there is no reason for concern. In Petya Parvanova’s words, the capacity of the migrant centers is almost full, because, most migrants arrive to Bulgaria in August and September and that the migration flow dwindles significantly in the winter season. The authorities have already developed several national plans in case of increased migration pressure. Since the beginning of 2016 just under 13.000 migrants went through Bulgaria’s refugee centers.
