Famous Bulgarian pop singer Orlin Pavlov recently premiered his new video to the song "S edno krilo" (One Winged). For the project he has teamed up with Borislav Boyadzhiev and a few other talented Bulgarian musicians. The song combines a modern electronic beat with a classical string section performed by Sofia Soloists Chamber Orchestra and has been orchestrated by composer Rumen Boyadzhiev Jr. The lyrics by singer Lubo Kirov recount a moving love story. Tight with tension and strong emotion the new video is not unlike a short film. It portrays a romantic couple amid apocalyptic cityscapes from Sofia. Cast in the leads are Orlin Pavlov and Lina Roskin.
Orlin Pavlov is a musician, actor and creative mind in one. He was born to a family of musicians. Audience first noticed him as member of Kaffe Band. In 2014 he launched his first solo tour of USA jointly with Borislav Boyadzhiev better known as DJ Borche. Parallel to his career in pop music Orlin has also showed a liking for the jazz stage. In the realm of jazz he has worked with Zhivko Petrov, JP3, Brass Association Big Band and Angel Zaberski Jr. In 2015 on stage Bulgaria Hall, Pavlov organized a concert with Brass Association Big Band and the Sofia Philharmonic to mark the centenary of Frank Sinatra and sang his songs with arrangements for chamber orchestra.
The official premiere of the singer's music project One Winged was held at Sofia Live Club. At the end of the night, Pavlov gave out silver wings as personal gifts to everybody.

„Borislav Boyadzhiev, who is the author of the music and arrangement, we have worked on this song for quite some time. We finished the job last May. To make the video more film-like we attracted to the project Rumen Boyadzhiev Jr. who made the orchestration for the Sofia Soloists Chamber Orchestra. The sound was mastered in USA. The video to the song is directed by Lubomir Pechev. We shot the piece One Winged at Boyana Film Studios near Sofia. The title suggests that sometimes life is hard and literally could tear one of your two wings off. As an actor I am now on the cast of the third film directed by Nicky Iliev and I plan to join a TV series, but it is still a secret”, concludes singer and actor Orlin Pavlov.
