NSI: deflation in Bulgaria continues

The consumer price index in September 2016 as compared to August 2016 was at 99.5%, the National Statistical Institute informs. In other words, the monthly inflation in Bulgaria was negative (-0.5%). Bulgaria registered 0.6% deflation as compared to September 2015, NSI further informs. According to latest data of the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance, inflation in 2016 will amount to -1% and in 2017 inflation in Bulgaria will be positive to the tune of 1.5%.
