Trade relations with China on the upgrade

The Ministry of Economy has announced that Bulgaria is inviting Chinese investors in high-tech to take part in the first science and technology park in Bulgaria - Sofia Tech Park.

Deputy Minister of Economy Lyuben Petrov discussed cooperation opportunities in the economy, tourism and agriculture with Yu Sun, chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Hainan province. Bilateral trade and economic relations have, in recent years been intensified and China is now Bulgaria’s second biggest export destination outside the EU, the Ministry of Economy notes.
