Premier Borissov: Bulgaria’s cabinet to make revision of all privatization deals during transition period

Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov said that he would ask the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior and the State Agency for National Security to launch revision of all privatization deals during the transition period. Thus, it will become clear how those deals were made, who was behind them and whether they were sealed at a real market price, Premier Borissov said following the accusations that he was behind the privatization of one of Bulgaria’s largest companies Bulgartabac. The inspection will be launched immediately after the Presidential elections, Premier Borissov announced.
