More about her quests and the project Songs for Awakening- from young singer Niya Petrova:
„The project we are working on with Ivan Garelov is meant to put forward social issues and urge people to look around and see what's happening. So we called is Songs for Awakening. It is very important how people will respond to it. I first sang on stage in 2013. I felt nervous to appear together with bands such as Tanga, Factor, D2 and Nelly Rangelova. I was just 17, and I sang the song Twosome of Villy Kavaldzhiev. The people were happy to see such a song revivced by a young person.”
In 2013 Niya Petrova took part in the concert Be What You Are on the occasion of the 60th birthday of Alexander Petrov at Bulgaria Hall with the song Twosome of Villy Kavaldzhiev.
