The two reactors intended for the Belene NPP cannot be used for any other project in either Russia or anyplace worldwide. This is the stance of Atomstroyexport written down in the ruling of the Court of Arbitration in Geneva under which Russia has won a lawsuit against Bulgaria. The only option for the use of the two reactors intended for the Belene N-plant is their mounting at Bulgaria’s Kozloduy NPP, the stance also specifies.
