The newspaper comments that the Bulgarian constitution does not set any deadline for the formation of an interim cabinet. Bulgaria’s former Minister of Energy Rumen Ovcharov was handed an indictment in relation to the Belene nuclear power plant project. He was accused of causing financial damage to the state to the tune of over EUR 193 million and may be sentenced to jail between 3 and 12 years.
