The new fence on the Bulgaria-Turkey border will be built in short terms. Hopefully, it will happen by the end of 2016, Bulgaria’s outgoing Minister of Defense Nikolay Nenchev said on Sunday. Nikolay Nenchev assured that he would assist Bulgaria’s next Defense Minister and acquaint him with what has already been done by his team. I hope that the policy line of Bulgaria’s new Minister of Defense will not differ completely from the one of the current Defense Ministry. Currently our neighborly relations with Turkey, Serbia and Macedonia are excellent, which is of great significance, Nikolay Nenchev further said.
