The prosecutor’s office is filing a second charge against outgoing Defence Minister Nikolay Nenchev.
Like the first charge – for the repair of the MiG-29 fighters – the second charge is again for malfeasance, this time in connection with a contract for army uniforms. Nenchev called it “an errand the prosecutor general is running”.
