The leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party Kornelia Ninova said on Thursday that her party would not support the Patriotic Front to form a new cabinet within the current National Assembly. On Wednesday GERB also announced that it would not back possible cabinet headed by the Patriotic Front. BSP believes that the current 43rd National Assembly has lost the confidence of the Bulgarian citizens and that a stable cabinet can’t be formed within the current Parliament. Members of the Bulgarian Socialist Party will not participate in a caretaker cabinet appointed by President-elect Rumen Radev. However, BSP will support President Radev during his mandate.
