“We need to analyze the railway lines that pass through residential districts,” said Nastimir Ananiev, chair of the parliamentary transport committee for the Bulgarian National Radio.
“When they were being built in many towns, they were outside the town limits, but once the towns started growing they ended up passing through residential districts.
