The Bulgarian Prosecutor’s Office has brought charges against three more persons, two Afghans and one Iraqi, over rioting in the Harmanli refugee center in November. During rioting Interior Ministry staff suffered injuries and property of the State Agency for Refugees was damaged. Charges have been brought against them of hooliganism, and also of resistance again a body of the state authorities coupled with particular impudence and cynicism. In the case the same charges have already been brought against eighteen Afghan nationals.
