All leading Bulgarian media today focus on the topic of possibility for forming a new cabinet within this Parliament. "Cabinet being formed during Mercury retrograde," Trud writes. "If there is no government until January 22, this will be abuse of the Constitution. Upon failure of the third mandate, President Rosen Plevneliev is obliged to appoint a caretaker government,” says in an interview professor Plamen Kirov. "Negotiations between GERB, the Reformist Bloc and the Patriotic Front: agreement for cabinet with Prime Minister of the Reformist Bloc", writes "Capital Daily", pointing out that negotiations could quite legitimately continue until mid-January.
