Code Yellow over strong winds was issued in 11 districts in Northern Bulgaria on Tuesday. The code was issued for Vidin, Montata, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte, Ruse, Razdgrad and Silistra.
