Half of consumer complaints filed against Bulgarian websites registered in Romania

48% of all complaints during online shopping are against Bulgarian web sites registered in Romania, followed by complaints against websites registered in Germany, Italy and Hungary, the European Consumer Center in Bulgaria announced. 70% of all complaints filed in 2016 are related to online trade, followed by complaints against airplane flights. In 2016 the number of complaints sent to the European Consumer Center increased with 30% to 1,300.
