Most Bulgarian nationals chose to spend this weekend in Bulgaria, head of the Institute for Analyses and Estimates in Tourism Rumen Draganov told the Bulgarian National Radio on Friday. Nearly, 40,000 of them went on trips abroad and nearly 180,000 people are spending the weekend in Bulgaria, Rumen Draganov added. In his words, in 2017 the number of tourists visiting Bulgaria for summer holiday will be similar to the number of those who will arrive to that country on cultural tours.
