Bulgaria’s Foreign Ministry advises Bulgarian citizens to avoid using public transport in Saint Petersburg

With regard to the Saint Petersburg subway explosion and information of the local authorities of that Russian city, the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises the Bulgarian citizens residing in Saint Petersburg to refrain from using all types of public underground and ground transport. The Foreign Ministry also advises people to avoid visiting crowded public places, concerts, shopping centers and sports events.
