The Chief of Bulgarian Defense Gen. Andrei Botsev has dismissed allegations of external interference and corruption in the process of selecting a new fighter jet for the Bulgarian Army. In an interview for the Bulgarian National Radio he described such allegations as "political speculations" and added he was absolutely convinced that there had been no external interference in choosing a new jet.
