Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy welcomed the discussion launched in Macedonian parliament of the draft good neighbour agreement between Bulgaria and Macedonia.
After a meeting of the EU-the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Stabilisation and Association Council in Brussels, Mogherini stressed that the new government in Skopje was taking good steps, especially in relations with its neighbours.
