The Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) is taking part in the 38th Euroradio Folklore Festival, hosted this year by the Czech Republic, with a concert by Ethnolika tonight.
The festival, conceived to counterbalance the Eurovision song contest as a non-commercial event, is a platform presenting the incredible diversity of musical genres and sounds of all lifestyles in European folk music. It aims to preserve the unique tradition of local and regional roots, while being open to the latest trends, migrations and encounters.
