Parliament ratifies agreement with NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe

At a closed session due to confidentiality issues, Bulgarian parliament ratified the technical agreement between the Bulgarian government and the NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE).

The agreement involves providing maintenance, by the host country, for activities by the allied forces in the context of the joint forces, with a very high degree of readiness.

Next week, parliament will endorse the 2016 reports of the State Intelligence Agency and of the Defence Information Service.
