For a ninth consecutive year Bulgarian children from various European countries gathered at their own festival. This year the festival took place in Timisoara, Romania. The organizers of the Festival are T.A.N.G.R.A. (Tonalidad, Arte Natural y Guía para Realizar Actividades) - Madrid and the Bulgarian Cultural Association in Vinga, Romania.
Timișoara is located in the historical region of Banat where a big number of Bulgarians have been living since the beginning of the 18th century to this day.
The main goal of the festival is to preserve national self-consciousness, lifestyle and culture of the Bulgarians across the world, as well as to encourage the study of native language by Bulgarians living abroad
