At a meeting in Sofia with Turkey's Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov confirmed that the stable development of relations with Turkey was a priority of Bulgarian foreign policy.
Borissov and Çelik assessed highly the efforts of both sides to deal with migration flow.
