At a meeting in Paris, the presidents of Bulgaria and France Rumen Radev and Emmanuel Macron defined defence, economy and education as key spheres in bilateral cooperation. President Macron stated that investments in both directions will increase in the coming months, and President Radev – that Bulgaria’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of the EU can further France’s proposals on the future of Europe and its views on a European joint defence industry.
