The Neighborhood Agreement has encouraged Macedonia to find a solution to the name issue with Greece, Zaev said. Macedonian Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi has told Yotova that ratification will be delayed due to opposition boycott of plenary sessions but it would happen by the end of January.
