Turkey's Prime Minister greets PM Borissov on start of Bulgarian Presidency of EU Council

During a meeting with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in Istanbul, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim congratulated him on the start of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of EU, pointing out that good news from Turkey's European partners have already started to emerge.

PM Borissov has identified the renovation of St. Stephen's Church in Istanbul as a good investment in the future that showed the whole of Europe and the Christian world that relations with Bulgaria's biggest neighbor can be improved.
