Representatives of all ethnic groups in Plovdiv have traditional “tolerance coffee” together

Representatives of all ethnic groups in Bulgaria’s second biggest city Plovdiv got together to have what has come to be known as “tolerance coffee” in Dzhumaya mosque, as a demonstration of mutual understanding and peaceful coexistence.

The meeting, taking place on the initiative of the mosque’s board, was attended by Turkey’s ambassador to this country Hasan Ulusoy, Grand Mufti Mustafa Hadji, representatives of the municipality as well as of the Turkish, the Russian and the Jewish community.
